"CLEAN FOOD PREMISES OPS"

    The joint operation "OPS PREMIS MAKANAN BERSIH" in collaboration with the Beluran Area Health Office, Beluran District Office and Beluran District Council. The main objective of this operation is to ensure that all premises owners and food operators fully comply with food hygiene regulations set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
    OPS Premis Makan Bersih” is an abbreviation for Operasi Premis Makan Bersih. This is an operation carried out by authorities, such as the Health Department and District Councils, to ensure that food premises comply with hygiene regulations. The main purpose of this operation is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of food served at food premises, as well as prevent food poisoning incidents.
    This operation usually involves inspecting the cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and food handling. Food owners and operators will also be educated on the importance of maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
