CUSTOMER CHARTER
The Customer Charter of the Beluran District Council is a written pledge to deliver services that are prompt, efficient, and effective, while meeting the expectations of the public. This commitment is made to fulfill the needs and preferences of customers based on established time norms and quality standards for each product or service, as outlined below:

We always treat customers with friendliness and courtesy, and are prepared to assist when receiving complaints about our services.
We will approve building plan applications within three months, provided all stipulated requirements are met.
We will ensure daily waste collection services for commercial areas from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
We will ensure waste collection services for private residential areas and state/federal government departments are carried out three times a week—on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
We will strive to provide public amenities such as infrastructure, socio-economic development facilities, and recreational spaces for shared enjoyment.
We will issue the Certificate of Occupancy (O.C.) within fourteen (14) days from the date the building plan is approved, provided all requirements from relevant departments are fully met.
We will process and approve low-risk business license applications immediately, provided applicant details are complete and all legal and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
We will process new and renewal applications for high-risk business licenses within fourteen (14) working days, subject to complete applicant details and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
We will process new Operating License applications within three months, and renewals within one (1) working day after payment is received, provided all requirements are met.
We will strive to clean drains around the town once a month.
We will strive to cut grass in market areas, stalls, and open fields twice a month, as needed.
We will strive to cut grass in office areas, multipurpose halls, and recreational zones once a week.
We will make payments for services and supplies within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice or claim receipt.
