box_shadow_style=&#8221;preset1&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The rated properties that are exempt from being charged gate tax according to the provisions of Section 73, Local Government Ordinance 1961 are as follows:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>Places<\/i> <i>Places of worship (such as Mosques, Churches, Temples, etc.).<\/i><i> (<\/i><i>seperti<\/i><i> Masjid, <\/i><i>Gereja<\/i><i>, Kuil dan <\/i><i>sebagainya<\/i><i>).<\/i><\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Public cemetery<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">School buildings and do not generate profit<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Properties that are used for charity and do not produce profit, such as hospitals and public clinics.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Recreational and sports places and do not generate profit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Council properties<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Properties with an annual value of less than RM150.00<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Properties approved by the Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Sabah and gazetted in the Government Gazette.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Siapakah Yang Bertanggungjawab Ke Atas Cukai Pintu ?&#8221; Tanah perkuburan awam Bangunan-bangunan sekolah dan tidak menghasilkan keuntungan Harta-harta yang digunakan kebajikan dan tidak menghasilkan keuntungan seperti hospital dan klinik awam. Harta-harta Majlis Harta-harta yang mempunyai nilai tahunan kurang daripada RM150.00 Harta-harta yang diluluskan Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Sabah dan diwartakan dalam Warta Kerajaan.
