The ceremony was also attended by YB Datuk Samad Jambri, Assistant Minister of Rural Development Sabah and State Assemblyman for N49 Labuk; Mr. Sukari @ Mohd Syukri bin Jali, Undersecretary (Operations), Ministry of Local Government and Housing (KKTP); Mr. Roger Appolonius, Beluran District Officer and Chairman of the Beluran District Council; Mr. Joloning Joe Majambu, Paitan District Officer; Mr. Huil bin Binua @ Benua, Executive Officer of the Beluran District Council; and Council Members of the Beluran District Council.
